Help!

Ok, thank you. So I swapped the RCA cables at the preamp and the right side continued to play music, nothing from the left channel. I then swapped the left and right cartridge clips around and the same thing, only sound from the right channel. I even tried another pair of phono cables with the same result. I even tried the second phono input on my preamp, same right channel only playing. A little confused now. Any advise?

Thank you everyone for your assistance. I spoke to the EAR USA tech who told me that the meters run through the volume control circuit so it’s on its way back to England for repairs. EAR is the best customer service company I’ve met in the audio hobby. I’ve had a couple issues but they always stand behind their work. Will update when I know what the problem was.

Hello, yes, based on your advise and others I tried everything, I think they know where the issue is, at least I hope they do! Will post here when I find out the problem. Thank you again
