Hello all, Qustion about Martin Logan Summits

I have 4ohm Martin logan Summits and wondered if any one has them hooked to a tube amp. My Rogue Zuess amp tubes will not bias 40Mva in ultra-linear mode but will bias 40Mva in triode mode. Rogue says there is nothing wrong with the amp. System is on dedicated 20amp circuits and a Hydra. had KT88s and replaced them with the KT120s still the same issue. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
