Headband replacement for AQ Nighthawk Headphones

I have a year old pair of AQ Nighthawk headphones and they have been used sparingly but now I am noticing that the inner part of the headband material is flaking off into little black pieces, anyone else noticing this problem? Does anyone know if there are replacements for this headband? I know that all headphones from AQ have been discontinued and you cannot seem to contact AQ directly.
Any help would be welcome.
