Have any of you used an Anthem D1 in a 2ch system?

I am investigating using digital room correction systems and the Anthem units get very good reviews from HT guys. My question is, how are these things in 2 channel mode? I am hoping for first hand experience from someone who has either used this unit or something similar at home. My main concern is not buying one, they are reasonably priced.. but reselling the dang thing if I don't like it. That's the biggest risk here.
