Nord and soon Apollon are offering Hypex Ncore NC500 custom input buffers that use the Sparkos SS2590 Pro opamps and I am blown away. The Hattor uses their own input buffer with no upgrade options. I was using the Nord with the Sparkos regs and opamps ( SS3602) and the SS2590 was a considerable upgrade. I actually did not think that it could get any better but it did. Lower noise. Finer low level detail and better bass slam.

Look really well built and the wiring and layout is quite different from Nord or Apollon.Anyone have taken a listen to them?. Impressions ?.
