Has anyone heard a DNA-1 with the Gravity Base upgrade?

I'm thinking of having my DNA-1 upgraded with the Gravity Base system; has anyone heard it?  What are your thoughts?  There's not much online about it yet; I'm a big fan of Steve McCormack's work, but would like to hear from experienced listeners.

Sorry I didn't see this question earlier. I had my DNA-1's updated by Steve last summer and got one of the first base system installations. It, is, frankly, as big a positive surprise as his VRE preamp was when I bought it years ago. I've yet to hear an amp that sounds as good. Sound emerges from a dead quiet, black background and is dynamic and revealing, yet warm and musically engaging.

I just received my DNA.5 with the gravity base system.


It is truly remarkable .  My expectations were far exceeded.

@willhifi  Thanks for your update -- I'm very happy with mine, too, and surprised we haven't heard more about them on Agon.  Hopefully, the word will get out eventually!
