Has anyone had their PARADIGM Seismic 12 blowout a PR foam & repaired it?

I've had my PARADIGM Seismic 12 sub for at least 10 years. I bought it used from an Audiogon member.  

One of the PRs literally destroyed its foam face. Before I could even turn the volume down or merely hit the power button, it was all over. Torn and the weight (part name?) left hanging in the basket.

Can anyone recommend a source for a replacement foam?  I have refoamed many different speakers but this seems like an unobtainable piece of kit.

Paradigm has not responded to a half dozen different inquiries through various channels.  What gives with them?
