Has anybody tried or used Cardas Grounding Cables in their system ?

I would appreciate any feedback from anybody who has used or is using Cardas's Grounding cables in their systems. I do see where where many of the more established cable manufacturers have them for sale but was wondering , if all that you are doing with this cable is keeping the continuity between the component and your grounding station and not carrying any signal per se ,  what is the possible difference between these cables ? The price is the first difference I first noticed to answer my own question but I wonder what can be the difference between them otherwise ?  Thank you in advance......
