Hana Umami Red vs Dynavector xv-1s

Analogforum.de is a German audio forum. There are a couple posts in English and links to English reviews, but overall, the entire forum and most of the pages in the Umani Red discussion are German. Google translate might work for the site.

The Link should offer a description about the Umami Red in comparison to other MC Cartridges with a comparable price.

So what does it sound like?   All I hear is how great it sounds but I never hear exactly what it sounds like.   Is it smooth, is it best for rock, classical, jazz, etc.

The Umami is an amazing cartridge, almost as good as Koetsu Rosewood signature platinum. 
I know I am not saying much, but I truly like the Umami, it is probably one of the biggest surprises. I have really great cartridges that cost 5-10 times and the Umami  has been in one of my tonearms for almost 2 months now.
