He sent the package to the wrong address, He was supplied with proper information, He has made virtually no effort tp correct problem with UPS, and why would anyone send a 1100.00 package without insurance , Viktor requested that I pay through family and friends from Paypal to save 3percent Paypal fees, which I did . I trusted and suppose I lost. The lack of integrity is on him

DO not do business with this gut Greg Simikov. I bought a Koetsu Black from him. UPS delivered it to the wrong address The cartridge disappeared. UPS would not talk to me Only to him. He didn't insure the package and I am out 1100 dollars with no viable offer of help from Simikov, and no viable recourse
