Greg Sanchez ? Zydeco piano

I just finished listening to "Fatras!" a smoking 1980 live recording by the Zydeco singer/harmonica/accordian player Zachary Richard. It's a great record featuring some terrific, understated guitar solos by an impossibly young Sonny Landreth. This time out (after 25 years) I was really struck by the piano and organ work by Greg Sanchez (Richard introduces him in French, I think I got the name right), Google returns nothing relevant. Anyone know anything about this guy?
