Here you go: https://www.paragonsns.com/products/sota-sapphire-turntable.
One of the very best belt drive units made and already equipped with the vacuum platter and a decent tonearm. You can mount your existing Elys2 on it and get far more out of that you’ve heard before. Worth every penny and will get the best out of pretty much any cartridge you care to put on it in the future. The ad is also posted here, but the link didn’t copy correctly when I tried to paste it in. Paragon is a good dealer that stands behind what they sell, too.
If you want to go for a more DIY solution, here's another way to go: https://www.audiogon.com/listings/lisa1578-sota-sapphire-series-iii-turntables. Less initial $$$, but you have to come up with an arm. Could be a more worthwhile project for you, depending. My Sapphire is also a Series III that I had the platter and suspension updated to Series V for about $800 by SOTA. I've never found any real reason to consider anything else.
Happy hunting!
