DCM Time Windows 1A's kill any Klipsch ever made! I am now on pair number 3! Their measurements in the time domain equal those of the venerable Quad 57's! Remarkable performance and sound quality from a not-too-expensive two-way ported floor-stander! But alas now long out of production!
Good vintage alternatives, or, better floor spkrs vs. say, Kilipsch Heresey types?
I already have a pair of "boxy" type 3 way floor speakers in my room with all of the speakers having "peerless" drivers. About 26" h x 18" w x 16" d. I am trying to stay in this size range, however...I am flexible. I was just wondering what all of the experts here would suggest some alternatives. Thanks Kevin M
