B&W is not the same quality of years gone by now you can purchase them at Best Buy like Bose well advertised in some cases expensive middle of the road sound. I have all Focal speakers in my system. 1038 BE for the price sound as good as any 30k speaker depending on your room set up. One thing to remember speakers in a show room sound different then they are in your home. Cheers
