Goldmund mimesis preamp what are this toggle and posts for

Hi, Please accept my apologies for answering this question in the forum. I have been searching through the internet but could not find any answers. This toggle at the back of Goldmund mimesis preamp, as I understand, is to link ground signal to preamp grounding. Am I right, but what is this green and black post for?
