Gold Baile 300B?

I bought one of these valve amps from a friend (S8 model) from a friend back in 2007. I would like a circuit diagram but can no longer find the makers (it was shipped from Hong Kong to England). A few weeks ago I noticed that the website for Hi End King was still listing this amp but now cannot find them on Google. Wondered if anyone can throw some light on this.
