GIK Directly Helping Ukrainian Refugees in Poland

Not sure how many of you know this but GIK has a facility in Kielce, Poland and their employees are collecting goods and literally packing vans for direct delivery to help the flood of Ukranian refugees. Lot’s of folks here spend a lot of money on expensive toys. Perhaps you’ll join me in supporting GIK in this effort. Info for how to do this is in this email below I received from GIK.

 

GIK Acoustics prides itself on being a company that is more than just an ordinary business. We have a strong desire to help our community by being an industry standard for sound panels and effective room treatments, working hard at making high quality products, creating job opportunities for members of the community, and donating help where it is most needed.

 

The war in the Ukraine has become a reality in Kielce, Poland, the location of one of our European manufacturing facilities. Refugees escaping the war in Ukraine are currently being housed all over Poland and many have arrived in Kielce staying in hotels and in churches. We believe now is the time to give back and help, so we have decided to keep on giving during these uncertain times.

 

Because of your generous support and donations over the last few days, GIK Acoustics has been able to donate over $5,500 (£4.2K) in funds, food, clothes, and other necessities to the collection center in Poland who are assisting Ukrainian refugee women and children.

 

Every penny is going directly on what is needed most for the refugees in Poland and those still in the Ukraine.

We still need help! We have been informed that centers helping refugees desperately need more supplies including hygiene products for adults and children, food, water, pasta, canned food, disposable dishes, medicines, batteries, flashlights, blankets, charges, etc. For a full list of items needed, please visit our website.
