Genesis 350 vs Infinity Gamma

I own a mint set of Gammas and came across a set of 350s. Which would you prefer?

But the real prize is a pair of Gen 200's upgraded with the latest German BG midrange panels & tweeters. An upgraded pair of 200's would give a pair of stock IRS-V's a good run for their money.
