Gale 401 restoration

Hi,

I've heard that Dave has recently stepped away from VintageGale, which is unfortunate as he knew everything there was to know about these and had a lot of parts.

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a suitable restorer of these speakers, that's based in the UK? Dave wasn't a fan of Wilmslow Audio, so anyone else would be great.

Wilkinson's HiFi in Nelson has a restored (Wimslow though) pair of the wood model listed for 400 pounds.

Wonder if the drivers and crossovers could be switched to your pair?

Perhaps not ideal, but seems like a deal as I've seen the tweeters go for more than that.
