Fuses that matter.

I have tried six different fuses, including some that were claimed to not be directional. I have long used the IsoClean fuses as the best I have heard. No longer! I just got two 10 amp slow-blows WiFi Tuning Supreme fuses that really cost too much but do make a major difference in my sound. I still don't understand how a fuse or its direction can alter sound reproduction for the better, but they do and the Supreme is indeed! I hear more detail in the recordings giving me a more holographic image. I also hear more of the top and bottom ends. If only you could buy them for a couple of bucks each.

I have no idea why the HiFi Tuning Supreme fuse should make a difference and yet it makes a very considerable difference in my system.No Hype just fact,these things work

As I have stated somewhere above they work for me and I have no idea why.
At $90 each (quite a bit for a fuse)I bought two for my SET amps.The improvement in dynamics,imaging and clarity were not subtle.
Logically there is no reason,scientific or otherwise to think a simple fuse can improve the performance of one's system as it does.
Will it work in your system ?? Only you can determine that and the answer can not be found in this forum.It can only be done by listening

I have been away for 2 weeks and surprisingly this debate is still going forward.
I for one hear a difference in the Supreme fuse vs. the stock fuse in my amps.
If you dont hear any difference in your system when using the Supreme fuse fine but please dont tell me that I am not hearing a difference.If you have placed this fuse in your system and heard no difference I accept your conclusion, why is it that a few can not accept that others have heard very positive sound improvement.
Direction of fuse's aside now we are into are they safe.
Just think of the after market power cords that improve sound,are they all UL approved.What about the electronics
Simply stated if you haven't placed the fuse in your system you CAN NOT state any thing about what they can or cant do.

Hi Mapman, Yes I know full well about priorities but it seems you are posting more and therefore possibly listening to music less.One solution might be to try a HFT Supreme fuse it just might make you change your thoughts on this thread and get you back to the listening room

I haven't read what Roger Modjeski stated or what was shared by Clio09.
What I do know is that the High Fi Tuning Supreme fuse works for me.
I do wonder though,if a very well known maker of ice cream said "Do not eat vanilla" would you not taste it and make your own decision ??
