FURUTECH interconnect RCA FA-αS22 vs ADL Alpha Line Plus

Hi,

Just purchased a FURUTECH FP-S032N with custom connectors and while I wating for receive it, I consider to upgrade the interconnect RCA cables also.

I have found a used like new ADL Alpha Line Plus for 110 Euro with original connectors, but I’am not sure if is good enough.

Actually I have a cheap W&M Audio AC-01 out of production.

The FA-αS22 is better then ADL Alpha Line Plus ?

what are the differences ?

Thank you !

I would not say that one is better than the other, I would say they are both good but will sound a bit different. The question is which sound will you like better?

I believe the difference is the specific type of copper, insulation, and damping materials used.

Thank you lak, I like a warm sound with a deep bass.

Without connectors which one is more expensive and better in terms of detail and soundstage ?

I think the FURUTECH FP-S032N is more detailed where as the ADL Alpha Line Plus would be a warmer sound. Truth be told you have to demo them in your own system and judge for yourself.

The best suggestion I can make is to go to the VH Audio site and look up and read about the cables that interest you, as well as check out the pricing. You could also email Chris at the VH Audio site and ask him your specific questions because I believe he can give you good accurate answers.

Just arrived the interconnect ADL Alpha Line Plus, not bad but compared to my old W&M Audio AC-01, there is less bass and high frequency more agressive.

So I will keep my my old out of production W&M Audio AC-01 interconnect (payed used 35 Euro 10 years ago).

Fortunately I have 2 pairs of this cable so I think I will keep for many long time.

About the FURUTECH FP-S032N power cable, for my opinion sound better then my old wireworld stratus 7. So I wll  sell: wireworld stratus 7 and ADL Alpha Line Plus.

This is my opinion.
