A couple of years ago, my speakers were shipped from California to the Kansas City airport via Forward Air. A local shipping company was supposed to deliver them to my house. Something went amuck with the local guy, so arrangements were made for me to pick the speakers up at Forward Air's warehouse out by the airport. That worked fine. Speakers were double boxed and put on pallets.
