Check Options/Preferences/Plug-ins/Input and look for the Nullsoft Flac Decoder amongst the list of .dll files.

FLAC files not responding with WINAMP
Hello all,
Recently, my primary desktop computer suffered a catastrophic meltdown due to a virus and as a result, I had to completely wipe the HD and reinstall a fresh copy of Windows (Vista Ultimate). The good news is, I had all my music (FLAC) files stored externally on a WD 1TB hard drive.
Once I formatted the computers HD, reinstalled Windows and downloaded WinAmp the FLAC Files will no longer play. To the best of my knowledge, both Vista Windows and WinAmp are updated and using the latest drivers, ect.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
