I found the CD on Ebay as well as various downloads with a quick Google search.

Watching a YouTube PSI Swiss speakers video, they played this: Tennessee Ernie Ford HD uncompressed sound Western Electric cd. It is a ghost. Extensive internet search turned up the CD on really obscure Asian sites with no way of ordering. The reviewer loaded the CD into a CEC transport, so it exists.
