Finding Local Resource who can Assess my Audio Room

What are some effective ways to find a local audiophile who’s done room measurements and can assess how bad my room is and brainstorm over possible treatments should it have major problems?

I’m hesitant to hire a pro who has a vested interest in selling me room treatments because I don’t know how far I want to go down that path and to be honest, I’m going to be skeptical of results and recommendations if there’s that conflict of interest.

This is more of a one time assessment as I’m in my long term home and in a dedicated room, so while I could spend the $ for tools and go down the rabbit hole of learning how to do all the measurements myself, it isn’t my first choice.

Or is it a lot cheaper and easier to DIY and assess my room than I might be thinking?

Is Mitch’s analysis a room only analysis, or it looks at where you’re placing your speakers as well?

And if you change speakers (but not speaker location), do you have to re-do the analysis?

If you’re doing mostly physical media, including vinyl, can this digital correction be applied?

Thanks.
