Finally up and playing

I've been slowly and thoughtfully collecting pieces of a system as budget allows over the past few years. This morning, it was complete, and I'm listening to music for the first time.  I'm not a particularly emotional person, but the clarity of the reproduction brought tears to my eyes. Wow.

I'm so grateful to the Audiogon community for helping guide me to these selections. It's such an extraordinary gift and addition to my life.

If anyone cares - here is what I put together after a lot of listening. I realize this is *totally subjective* and is just what sounded good to my relatively unsophisticated ears.

Power Amp - D'Agostino Momentum S250

Pre Amp - Soulution 725 with phono stage

Mola-Mola Tambaqui DAC

Aurender N20 Streamer

Wilson Audio Sasha DAW speakers

Audience Interconnects

Tellurium Speaker Cables

Zavfino Power Cords

Thanks to everyone for the comments and feedback - many people seem to be curious about "why did I go all in".

The honest answer is that I'm old.  My wife pointed out that if I was ever going to do build a system and enjoy it - I should do it now. It's not like this is my first system and there will be many after it.

Someone also inquired about my phonograph plans.  I truly have no idea. I'm somewhat overwhelmed by the multiplicity of combinations of drive/platter/tonearm/cartridge so I decided to punt on making the decision and begin listening to streaming while I research the various options
