Fidelity Research Silver Dagon (not dragon) interconnect cables

I have a set of these that are 1 meter long. I don’t remember where they came from but was cleaning up my cable selection and found them. They still look like new, in fact, I’m not sure they were ever pulled in to anything. I have been trying to get some information on them but have found zero. I know that Fidelity Research made great vintage tone arms and they went out of business in 1985.
Any info concerning Silver Dagons would be greatly appreciated. - Jim

Hello Jim:  I see a pair of these on Ebay also for sale.  I knew Mr. Ikeda who through a Japanese dealer I was doing business with over 20 years ago told him about me interested in buying his newer tonearms under his own name.  He contacted me himself and tried to talk me into getting one, it was quite expensive but he said don't worry about that, he would have this dealer I know ship one to me free and just to try.  I was not to interested in that but did ask him to make me one of his new cartridges without a cantilever.  He did I got it for half price also he made a custom head shell made of another alloy.  I think he might have something to do with this Silver Dagon cable.  I'm not sure if it is pure silver wire or not but I know he told me he made silver wires tonearms and wanted FR to make silver phono cable for it too.  They did do that.  I think now he is retired but not sure since his tonearms and cartridges are still selling in Japan.
