Fabric top repair - B&W 801 series 3

I'm looking for guidance on how to replace or repair the fabric top of my B&W 801 series III loudspeakers.

I've seen a cutaway dwg of the series 80's that show a large bolt holding the head assy onto the cabinet. My series III doesn't have this bolt so I'm struggling with how to get the head separated from the main cabinet to access the fabric top.

The top came off easily on those.Take the mid/tweeter off the top & look for a couple of screws.
