External power supply -no power going to the pre

Hello just got back from vacation last night
This morning I attempted to switch on the external power supply and there is no power going to my pre amp

Any ideas what to check first before I send it to a technician

Swampwalker how do I check to see if the fuse is burned ?

It was the fuse and luckily my pre amp had a spare inside the holder
