Experience with In-akoustik/inakoustik?
I just received Otis Taylor's, "Fantasizing About Being Black" on the in-akoustic label. Otis Taylor is a US folk blues musician. In-akustik is a German company that makes hifi accessories and apparently has a record label.
I was astounded at the sound quality. It's a direct metal mastering recording--technology with which I have a rudimentary understanding.
Artistically, this is a great record. I wouldn't post about it if it was merely a "test record." The music and lyrics are good in their own right.
Do you have any familiarity with this label? I was thinking of ordering the Al Demiola Beatles acoustic record, "All Your Life" on the label too.
