Esoteric G-03X: Anyone use upgrade 10MHz input?

Esoteric G-03X is factory equipped/ready for upgrade with a 10MHz in terminal. Has anyone connected an external 10MHz rubidium oscillator and with what success? How does this upgrade compare with its big sister G-0Rb? Thanks, William
