Ellis Marsalis R.I.P.

Ellis Marsalis, the patriarch of the Marsalis jazz family has passed away at age 85.  He is the father of jazz musicians Wynton, Branford and Delfeayo Marsalis.
He succumbed to complications of coronavirus.
