Ebay and AudiogoN, listings and the economic crisis.

It is not AudiogoN, it is the Sellers listings.  There are now what most would consider very mainstream, not high end at all listings.  With the virus lockdown listings on both sites, ebay and AudiogoN  have increased, and on ebay increased greatly.  Economic hard times... sell off disposible things.  A good time to buy a sports car or a Summer home, as those are being disposed of, simply expendables.

While I agree there are some “ fire sales” starting up for the most part I see boredom and spare time.
over the last 3 weeks I have sold quite a few thousand dollars worth of surplus gear, most fairly quickly and nearly all at my asking price or very close.

With people confined to the house there is a lot of internet surfing and buying right now.
People with money will buy no matter what.
