E.A.R. 324 or Manley Steelhead

I'm down to these two. Both have multiple inputs that can be configured separately. The E.A.R. is SS; the Manley is hybrid-tubed. The Manley has a volume control that I don't need; the 324 offers a balanced output. I can get the E.A.R. for about $6K; the Manley for about $7K.
Has anyone compared these?
No way to audition either in my area.
