Double duty sub

I'd like to know if I can run my Definitive subwoofer with both my component audio equipment and my Denon 2809 receiver which I use for radio and HT. Currently for HT I'm using the Denon linked with 5 Mirage nanosats and a mated Mirage subwoofer. For component audio I have a Belles amp with a Rogue pre linked to a pair of PSB's and the Def sub. Two subs is one too many in the room. Can I run a 'Y' cable from the line input on the Def sub and line in both systems and ditch the Mirage sub? As always, thanks in advance for any input.
