Does this dac exist?

A dac with the following features:

1. I2S input.
2. Controllable with non-proprietary software.

I'm having a hard time finding one.

For example, the PS Audio PerfectWave dac has an I2S input (the Bridge), but cannot be controlled with second-party software like Amarra or Pure Music. And the various dacs I have seen that can be controlled with non-proprietary software do not have I2S inputs.

Does a dac with both features exist?

PSA PWD via Bridge. I use J River for an interface.

You are not limited to PSA's software at all. In fact I don't use it. Their music server software is still BETA.

J River has plug ins but they will not work with DNLA yet. I do not know if it ever will, but it seems to me to be a logical direction for them to move.If you use plug-ins via your software through any PWD input other than the Bridge they will work.
