Does Disc Doctor Miracle Record Cleaner go bad?

Have some of this fluid on the shelf for about 4 years. Still safe and effective?

That can not be said in regard to some record cleaning fluids that were mixed with H2O from Europe & UK that appear to have a limited shelf life. Please review older postings on AG for details.
