Does anyone have any familiarity or comment on the Budgie Phono Preamp by Shannon Parks?

I'm very curious about Shannon Parks' Budgie Phono Preammplifier.  See http://parksaudiollc.com/budgiepreamp.html

The product sells for $400 direct to the consumer.  I'm looking at specs and limited reviews and wondering if it would be a step up for me.  Here's me in a nutshell:

Roksan Radius 5 (mkii) turntable
Ortofon 2M Black MM cartridge
Creek Evolution 100A intergrated amplifier, with Creek Sequel mkii phono card
PSB Imagine T2 loudspeakers
Bluesound Node 2 (using mainly Tidal Hi Fi)
Vinyl accounts for about 60% of my listening

I'm looking for your thoughts, comments, suggestions.
