Does anyone have any expeience with a Current Technology PC10-FE Power Siftor

I picked up a Current Technology PC10-FE Power Siftor at an audiophile online auction. I was surprised how light it is and opening the cover only seeing 3 components and no transformer! A bit of research revealed that the one component, a cylinder with epoxy on top labeled "CTI/3SP-2/8634" is pretty much the entire unit. My digging found:

This component is from Current Technology Inc. (CTI), and the “3SP-2” is a surge protection module, likely using series-mode (as opposed to shunt-mode) technology.

• CTI is known for industrial/military-grade surge suppression, not typical consumer-grade power conditioning.

• “3SP-2” is part of CTI's 3-stage series protection line, designed to suppress voltage transients—i.e., it tries to block high-energy spikes rather than absorb them like typical MOVs.

• Series-mode suppressors (like CTI’s) block and dissipate the energy over time using inductive/capacitive filtering and thermal elements—this is why they don’t degrade as quickly.

I put the PC-10 after my Panamax surge protector so it should not see any serious surges, only normal highs and lows of the AC supply. My house power is already pretty clean. I plan to connect an oscilloscope in a bit before and after to see if I can see the improvements visually.

Does anyone have any practical experience with this device? I'm powering a Cronus Magnum Amp along with a turntable and DAC. I seldom ask for more than 10W out of the Magnum.

If this is a bust it is no matter because many other items were worth my total spend by themself.
