Direct two sound sources to each ear

Is it possible (and if so how) to direct one sound sources on a PC to the left ear and another sound source to the right ear of a headset.  For example, a Teams meeting audio would be directed to the left ear of the headset and a screen reader (such as Windows Narrator) to the right ear of a headset?
