differense between gold pcord & silver

i have not the possibility to comper nor to buy both of them any one of you can give his or her pview concerning the pcords from bmi ref.hammerhead.it 's for cd and preamp.thx.any advise is welco

Each cable will perform differently in different systems.Audition before you buy new.If you can't try it for 30 days,buy elsewhere!

you won't necessarily discern differences between cable(s) on the basis of their metal structure.

thus to say that there is a stereotypical "copper" sound, "silver" sound or "gold" sound is not a valid statement.
