Difference between Marigo RMX REF B&C PC

Am trying to make a distinction between these 2 cords in order to figure out the best application for the "B" cord. Plenty of things mentioned about the "C" but can't find anything about the "B". Has anyone used this cord (??) and under what conditions. Thanks, Maleja.
