If you are worried about background noise, then you don't need to worry as the Devialet was dead quiet on my 104 dB sensitive horns. Impressive for a Class D output stage, in fact.
I have not tried the Devialet Expert Pro with Klipsch La Scala speakers, but it will work perfectly and sound outstanding if that is the sound you're looking for. The Devialet is reference-level quality.
