Denafrips FPGA Firmware Update

In case there are any Denafrips DAC owners out there that are not aware of the FPGA Firmware Update, here's the link:

I did the update on my Ares II earlier today and am currently enjoying the results. It is definitely an improvement without question.

Downloaded and installed configurator as per the instructions and the USB driver as well..Device manager showed the DAC and the USB lib as described in the instructions. I started the firmware flash and got an Xbitblaster error that just went on and on...DAC is bricked now. Wont turn on. Any ideas?
