Denafrips FPGA Firmware Update
In case there are any Denafrips DAC owners out there that are not aware of the FPGA Firmware Update, here's the link:
I did the update on my Ares II earlier today and am currently enjoying the results. It is definitely an improvement without question.
I look forward to this (Termi Plus here), will be interested to hear the difference. Also appreciate the continued support for existing products!
I'm also waiting for the T+ update to come, although I might go the route of the updated board just so I can have the original on hand.
For burn in, I'm sure there's an element of that but I also believe a big part of it is actually the listener adjusting and getting used to the sound.
Seems like things are stabilizing now which is great in terms of the latest firmware updates across the models.
For those with Terminator Plus and have done the update, how do you like it with some more listening time?
