Debut III or MMF-5

Looking for my first turntable. Which of the above is better and why? The Pro-Ject would be new w/ warranty whereas the MMF-5 would be used.

I have a Pro-Ject Debut III for sale right now on another site. If interested, let me know. With that said, both the Pro-Ject and Music Hall turntables are manufactured at the same plant and represent excellent quality and value for the money spent. The only difference that I've heard people speak of is the esthetics associated with each model.
