Not too familiar with the DQ-8's, I believe they are a smaller version of the highly regarded DQ-10's.
I have a pair of DQ-18's (found at the side of the road in nice condition). No one seems to know much about them either. They're 2-way with an 8" woofer and put out suprising bass.
