The sound has more resoltion, and doesn't seem to come from the speakers. Just my opinion

Currently use them to connect to my Threshold SA4E with excellent results. Just a hair less resolution than the Mapleshade Double Helix cables that are similar priced (www.mapleshaderecords.com).
