I have built four. Follow the directions in the Glass Audio article for stuffing, mounting, and wiring the board (Volume 1, Number 1, 1989 -- check the next issue for corrections). If you omit the Curcio power supply card, beef up the caps in the original Dyna supply after the choke and omit the last dropping resister. I like to wire the output tubes in triode mode. Good luck.
