creek 4330/SE

wondering if the original has a pre-out and can handle a stable 4 ohm load....thanks...also...what does the SE version consist of? thanks....

As you probably can guess, the SE versions usually have upgraded parts and a bit more power. Here is a link that explains some of the differences.

Also from http://www.universityaudio.com/creek.htm the spec comaparisons are:

4330

This one, which is linked from A'gon, suggests the SE sold in Malaysia had a preamp out and can handle a 4 ohm load. You ought to confirm with whoever you are buying from that the version they have has the pre out.
My 4330R has a pre-amp out, so I assume the SE would have it as well.

According to tests I have seen, the Creek can handle loads down to 1 ohm, so I don't think it will have any problem handling a 4 ohm load. It plays fine with my Kestrel Hot Rods, which are about a 6 ohm load.
